  I purchased a leather jacket from Wilson leather in the Ellenton outlet mall, less then two years ago , I went to put it on and the leather on the collar is all coming off, I went the the Wilson leather store at the outlet mall and talked to a employee their and told him what was happening to my leather jacket. He basically went on to tell me that my jacket was not leather and to put some lotion on it. I told him it was leather and he kept on telling me it probably was not leather. I am very displeased with the jacket and the service I got when I talked to the employee at the outlet mall store. Very poor customer service. When the store says leather jackets, they should be real leather jackets.

  Recently went to Wilson's looking for a leather jacket. I had shopped there a few years ago and got a great deal on a leather coat, so went in with high expectations. Don't know if management has changed or policy has changed, but most of the racks of jackets that clearly said "Leather Jackets" were not actually leather. They were various iterations of faux leather. When I pointed it out to a sales clerk, the response was "well it's like leather". To me, this is clearly false advertising and I was very disappointed.
