  I had a terrible experience here on August 7, 2016. My husband and I had piles of clothes in our hands to try on, but we were still looking around. I asked a worker if he would start us a dressing room he actually said to me, "No, that's not my job." I was shocked and my husband was highly upset. We talked to the manager and she assured us she "talked" to him and apologized multiple times. We spent over $400 and while we were leaving the kid had the nerve to give us dirty looks. Mind you, we shop at Ralph Lauren often and have spent thousands of dollars in these stores. We have NEVER been treated this way in any store and especially not Ralph Lauren, I wish I had gotten his name to talk to someone higher up because he has no place working in customer service.
