  Ok but needs to keep up the stock better. Granddaughter wanted shoes but it seemed like every pair she picked they din't carry her size. She was so disappoint she couldnt use her gift card.

  Staff was very friendly. There where alot of Miami style shoes. It was not as large as i expected it to be. There was more variety a few years ago. The outlet is in a prime location for tourists and it is surrounded be several popular brand stores like Michael Kors.

  Great selection of shoes, however the person checking us out was very impersonal and seemed like she didn't wanna be there. She did not even speak when we approached. Usually people say "hey, did you find everything okay?" Secondly they have a promotion going on for shoes on sale an additional 20% off. So when she rung them up it did not appear. So I asked her did the 20% get taken off. She said no. So I stated was it already included? She's like I have to take it off with an attitude. I let it go because they were a great price with or without the 20%. Than it was time to pay and the thing was taking forever saying please wait. The whole time she's fiddling with her nails. I asked her should we do it again? It's never taken this long to check out before... so she breaths heavily, doesn't even answer my question and takes out my little brothers card (who's Christmas shopping) and does it herself!!! First of all don't take his card out, secondly answer my question don't just ignore it as if I didn't ask you about doing the very same thing you are doing. After taking it out it finally worked. When we were done she didn't say have a great day or anything! Overall she had terrible customer service. Thank goodness I've been delivered from snapping on people because it took everything in me not to snap on her and ask for a manager. This occurred today around 1:12 pm, register 004. In case who ever reads this whether that be someone in Management or not is aware! We will not be shopping here again!
