  Stay Away. Service is horrible, and the quality of the products is even worse!!!! I was given an $888.00 necklace and $89.00 matching pearl earrings for my birthday. I was suspicious of the quality after I got a good look at the clasp. I then scoured the web and found the same necklace, clasp, and stamp, for $275.00. When we went to return the necklace and earrings and explained why they would only give us a store credit. Which is good for...... buying more of their overpriced garbage. When I told them I was filing a complaint and posting reviews online the manager said he felt sorry for people like me. Clearly they do not care about their customers. The lesson: Always, Always, Always check the BBB review. They have reputation; I wish my husband would have checked before he made any purchases there. We learned the hard way; hopefully no one else has too.
